 I aim to respond to all queries as soon as possible and to most within 24 hours and, other than in very exceptional cases, to all within 48 hours.

I am located in the County of Conwy in the environs of the beautiful Eryri / Snowdonia National Park. I will provide a specific address in individual cases for returns etc, should one be required.
